Meet and Greet Meet-up at Vishala Restaurant Ahmedabd

 Hello  everyone

Recently, my Local Guide companions @NareshDarji, &  @Docgaurav  and I organized an exciting culinary expedition meet-up with fellow local guides! We visited a fantastic eatery named Vishalla, and believe me, it was incredible!

 

As we entered the verdant surroundings, we felt transported to another realm, making it an ideal meetup spot. The atmosphere was peaceful and charmingly rustic, enhanced by traditional decor. Staff welcomed us warmly with aam panna sarbat (Juice), instantly making us feel at ease.

The star of our visit was Vishalla's genuine Gujarati thali. Their speciality is serving food on traditional leaf plates, each dish packed with flavour. From classic Gujarati fare and zesty curries to sweet desserts, every mouthful was a treat. Live folk music and dance shows added a cultural flair, making our meetup even more remarkable and unforgettable.

A unique aspect of our gathering was exploring the Vishalla Vichar Museum together. The museum showcases an impressive array of traditional cooking tools and utensils, being the only such museum globally. It felt like travelling back in time, learning about Gujarat's rich culinary legacy.

Our meetup at Vishalla perfectly combined enjoyment, tasty food, cultural immersion, and warm hospitality.

The meet-up was a grand success and would have never been possible without the support of Co-hosts NARESH JI  & Gaurav Ji and the delightful presence of all the wonderful attendees.
